We're based at 1200 N St in Lincoln. That's not a showroom you need to visit - most jobs get handled at your house - but if you want to talk to someone in person or drop off a part for a look, that's the address.
One limitation worth saying up front: if your opener or spring is an odd size or an older model no longer made, we may need to order the part before we can finish the job. We'll tell you that on the first visit, not after we've already started.
Who Does the Work
The people who answer the phone are the same people who show up with the truck. We work on torsion springs, openers, tracks, rollers, cables, and panels - the parts that fail on a door, not the door as decoration.
A lot of what we see comes straight from the age of the housing stock. Most of Lincoln's neighborhoods went up between 1967 and 1995, with a median build year around 1975, and that spans six named areas of mostly 1960s-70s construction.
That means original torsion hardware, older opener models, and doors sized to specs that changed since. Knowing what decade a house is from tells us a lot about what's likely broken before we even get there.
We also work with what the climate does to a door. Lincoln sits in a cold, severe-winter band, and cold is hard on springs and hardware - metal contracts, lubricant thickens, cables that were already stretched start slipping. If your door got stiff or noisy the same week it turned cold, that's not a coincidence.

What We Actually Do
We fix and replace garage door springs, openers, tracks, cables, rollers, and panels. We don't do new construction framing or sell unrelated home products - if a job isn't a garage door, we'll say so rather than take the work anyway.
Given the age of housing across this service area - a lot of it dating to the 1970s - a common call is a torsion spring that's simply worn out from decades of cycles, or an opener from an earlier generation that's stopped being reliable. Sometimes replacing the opener costs less over time than keep repairing a unit that's near the end of its life; sometimes the door itself, not the opener, is the real problem. We'll tell you which one it looks like rather than just replacing whatever's easiest.
With roughly 3,770 owner-occupied houses among the area's households, most of what we see is standard residential double and single doors, not commercial overhead doors. If you've got something unusual, mention it on the call so we know what to bring.
